I really love the bolt-gun line, probably one of my favorites in the whole book. I wanted to try my hand at a horror-take on Naomi Wallace's play "Slaughter City". Can't recommend her work enough. "Trestle At Popelick Creek", "One Flea Spare", etcetc are all fantastic and frightening and beautiful

Very intense & good read. My favorite passage was The Wound but its all really fantastic writing
"—we need more executionHERS—" and "We have not invented a bolt-gun big enough to slaughter a slaughterhouse" are stand out lines.
